The Monument Quilt

Created by Rebecca Nagle and Hannah Brancato, the monument itself shows over 3,000 stories of rape, sexual assault and intimate partner abuse victims. Each quilt is a story from a unique person on their feelings of sexual assault. All of these quilts were put together in Washing, D.C. in 2019, and read "No Estás Solx", (Not Alone in Spanish) and "Not Alone".

The creators of this peace co-found an activist organization in 2010 called FORCE: Upsetting Rape Culture. They are dedicated to ending sexual violence and to "build a culture of consent". Other installments of theirs include "Listening Campaign to Disrupt Rape Culture," and "Survivors Speak Out."
