Medicaid can provide health insurance to adults with disabilities. Even if your child is already on a health insurance plan, it is helpful to have Medicaid as a secondary insurance. If your child is selected from the PUNS list, they must be receiving Medicaid as well.

Complete Supported Decision Maker Agreement

Support Services Team (SST)

If your child is on the PUNS list (selected or not!), and they are experiencing a crisis (e.g. increased physical aggression at home, mental health concerns, etc.) you can complete an SST referral. This will allow a support team to come to your home or the school and provide counseling and resources to your family.
