The State of Alaska (or the City of Fairbanks) needs to find a way to create revenue that is not based on oil, because we are not in an oil boom anymore and the world needs to move away from fossil fuels eventually.

Problem:  Our school has lights and AC on all day regardless of whether there are people in the classroom.  If we replace it by LEDs, we can save 50% of the energy,
Our school needs a way to save energy so we can keep the planet green.
