         <description><![CDATA[<p>After serving on active duty in the US Army, Paul Tripp earned his law degree from the University of Florida in 1997. He then began serving as an attorney for various organizations, including Lincare in Clearwater, Florida, where he now works. Recently, Paul Tripp began pursuit of a doctorate in business administration.</p><p>Rudnick &amp; Wolfe, now known as DLA Piper, hired Mr. Tripp as an associate in 1998. Later, he served as in-house counsel for independent payphone provider Davel Communications before joining Lincare. The Tampa Bay Business Journal recognized him as a Top Corporate Counsel in 2019.</p><p>In 2021, Mr. Tripp began his doctoral studies at the University of South Florida. His areas of interest include workplace creativity, training and development, self-efficacy, and leadership as catalysts of innovation. Some of his research includes workplace behaviors in both remote and in-office workers.</p><p>His work with the university has featured presentations and scholarly works on social exchange theory, leadership, organizational behavior, and encouraging employee creativity. His future teaching interests cover a variety of topics, such as contracts and commercial law, corporate governance, organizational behavior, and healthcare law and compliance.</p><p>Paul Tripp is a member of the Florida Bar and has been admitted to practice in federal courts in the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. He also is a member of the Academy of Legal Studies in Business, the Informing Science Institute, and the American Legion.</p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
