Elaine feels Ali isn’t fast enough and is lazy. Ali feels Elaine meddles in his work, undermines him, and makes life more complicated than necessary. Both actively try to avoid each other so they can get through the day. Recently, there was a change in the safety process when it comes to fire drills. Unfortunately, at the time of the change Ali was on vacation and thus was unaware of the change. A fire drill happened and Ali went to follow the old process. Elaine reminded the team of the new process and ensured they all followed the new process.
