My Dad was in the Air Force for 20 years, so I have lived in many different places. Some of the places I have lived are Arkansas, California, and Germany. This experience has sparked my passion for traveling. One of my biggest bucket list items is to travel to all the National Parks. If I can I would also love to travel to all the continents.

My Time at The University of Arkansas

I am currently a junior at the University of Arkansas and I'm majoring in elementary education. I am apart of the sorority Alpha Delta Pi! I am also apart of the Cru Greek Wide Leadership team here at the University of Arkansas. I chose the University of Arkansas so I could stay close to my family and friends. Fayetteville is one of my favorite places I have lived and I can't imagine going to school anywhere else.

I chose to pursue a career in teaching because of the impact my teachers had on me. I love kids and I want to make an impact in their lives like my teachers did in my life. I was a camp counselor this past summer and I serve in a children's ministry program at my church. Serving others is also a big reason why I chose to become a teacher. I want to make a difference!
