         <description><![CDATA[<div>Adapting to a new lifestyle is very challenging.That’s what I experienced when the first online class begun.The poor of time management had me lost at the beginning since I am not very familiar with this kind of routine.Besides,lack of interaction with peers caused me to&nbsp; overlook some important information from lecturers and again had me lost in this.These problems I overcame when I strictly followed the schedule and prepared early before the class started, eversince that I found myself ahead of the time.In addtion,I constantly texting with friends to make sure no information will be missed.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>To be very honest its quite hard for me overcome some of my problems even until now I still slowly coping with it. The thing about it is we can’t hide and run from it so anyhow we have to face it at the end of the day. As for me, I am that kind of person who like to procrastinate all the time so as the result I get very cranky towards at the end of the semester. Normally if we were in college I’ll do/submit my works on time since I got that study vibe from friends but now since we are studying online so that vibe is gone already. The way I overcome this habit of mine is I make a schedule for myself or goals so that I get motivated to do works/assignments on time. For instance, if I manage to submit my assignments earlier or on time, I’ll go out and spoil myself with something that I’ve been eyeing since forever.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>For the 1st few months of the pandemic, I'm pretty sure all of us have been struggling mentally and emotionally. To avoid any distress and burnout during online learning, having some time for myself is definitely the best therapy at that moment. I would do some activities to free my mind for a while such as jogging or play sports with my peers. Apart from that, get connected with my friends and ask them for help whenever I’m having doubts on specific topics since online learning has brought us to a new normal where we have to study and learn on our own compared to physical learning where we are able to ask directly to the lecturers.</div>]]></description>

But as time progresses, I learn to overcome most of the problems that came along with online classes by making an everyday schedule of what needs to be done which sometimes I do follow it but sometimes I don't. If I don't understand certain things, I always seek help from my friends or do some study through youtube or an informative website.</div>]]></description>

I’m pretty sure almost everyone was exhausted with online studies. As time pass, it became easier to cope with studying online. How I cope with studying from home is first to take care of my physical health and mental health. I make sure to not delay my work, so I don’t feel exhausted.          <description><![CDATA[<div>At the beginning of the pandemic, online learning was very complicated and stressful. After a few sem of facing online classes, I had started to get used to it. If there is something I don't understand, I will ask questions directly to my friends. Sometime I also learnt from the youtube. Before this I had a very bad laptop problem but after a few months of collecting money, I was able to buy a pc. This has made it very easy to study online.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Coping with studying online from home</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Having online classes at home has never been so easy for most of us. It can sometimes be really intimidating when it comes to technical issues in which students have to restart their respective pc due to an unexpected shutdown. This will consequently drag up much of their time to start the class as opposed to the actual class time given. Based on my past experience, I have learned that getting everything ready earlier before the class is farmost crucial in order to avoid any other-related technical inssues from unexpectedly occuring during the class time.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>At first it is pretty tough for me to get along with online classes since we used to go to physical class since primary school but from time to time, I managed to adapt myself to this new norm. For me, online classes are quite challenging not on physical being but it is more on mental wellbeing because I felt like it is hard to feel motivated during online class compared to usual physical class with the presence of our friends around us. By now, I can slightly overcome all those those difficulties by manage my time properly to avoid overdue work and make regular engagement with my friends. Stress management also one of the crucial things that need to be handle properly to avoid the burnout feeling and so on. I used to relieve my stress by doing physical exercise and also playing video game with my friends.</div><div><br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Online learning is very complicated and can be stressful for students to cooperate since this thing can be considered quite new for all of us. For me, I felt very difficult to concentrate during online classes at home because of many obstructions. But,&nbsp; after a few semesters of online learning, I think I need to wake up and try to handle and overcome my problem with online learning. For example, if I don't understand the lesson in class or miss anything, I will directly ask questions to my friends or lecturers to get a better understanding. Then, I will also watch some related videos on Youtube or do some research on the internet about a topic related with a lesson. because I find out that doing this can help me a lot in understanding my studies. Lastly, if I felt stressed or down, I will take a break from a study such as watching a movie or go have a drink a coffee at the Cafe with my friend to have a little chat and get enjoying the moment with them without feeling stressed or worried about my studies.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>It was difficult for me to adjust to online lessons at first because it was physically and mentally exhausting to study online. , but over time, I was able to adjust to this new standard. After a few semesters of dealing with online classes, I had learned to adapt to them. I've learnt that getting things ready before class is critical in order to avoid any other technological issues cropping up during class time. Stress management is also one of the most important aspects that must be effectively managed in order to avoid online class burnout and other bad aspects. So I usually spend my free time playing video games and football with friends to release stress.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When the pandemic hits, we began learning online, I found it to be quite difficult and struggle to cope with. One of the first problems I had was technical issues. Technical difficulties and poor internet connections simply add to the pain of learning in an online environment and cause fresh sessions to be disrupted. Your computer may occasionally shut down, or your wifi may be intermittent. The most important step is to keep in touch with the lecturers and inform them of any technical issues. The importance of a stable internet connection cannot be overstated.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

It is the first time for me to have classes using an online platform. I try to make my environment suitable to study by upgrading my internet speed. I also bought a new table and chair to make sure that I am comfortable during the classes. This change had made my online learning better.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>At first, I thought that it was easy to adapt when studying online but it's not as easy as I thought. The main challenge I face is how to self-discipline to finish assignments and stay focused in each class. Therefore I will list the tasks that need to be completed according to the due date set and when my focus is lost during the class, I will stop for a while listening to the lecture and do other activities like drinking water, washing face and so on. I also make sure the study place is always clean and comfortable to raise the learning mood.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>During the initial stage of online learning, I found it quite hard to cope with the learning process. The most significant problem is distractions during classes. The sources of distraction were all over my room such as phone, Youtube, food, and so on. Sometimes I can't help it and feel sleepy during the class. However, I managed to cope with it over time. I started to focus more on classes from time to time, thanks to my family and friends that always give me their moral support. Put away all the distractions and you can focus more on studying.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Actually, not many challenges that I had face during the initial of my online learning. One of them is the costs for internet subscription went up a little bit but I'm okay with that as discount is given on tuition fees and I didn't need to rent a house to stay for shuttle to the campus, so, it's much better to study at home. Other than that, communication between and my lecturers become a bit harder due to poor internet connection sometimes but I can use Whatsapp as a medium for me to discuss with my lecturers about the subjects.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
