First of the 2 Nations that I picked is the United Kingdom they have a current monarchy. United Kingdom is a Constitutional Monarchy. Which means they are way more reasonable then countries with things rather than absolute monarchies. The king or queen does not have absolute power. The other monarchy I picked is Saudi Arabia, they have a current monarchy. Saudi Arabia is a Absolute Monarchy. The king or queen has absolute power and can do whatever they would like. Which sounds like absolute chaos.
