This is an article from the New York Times that covers the Corporate Governance issues that have been taking place internally in the Bank of America corporation. The disagreements are over the multiple positions held by one of their chairmen. What's interesting about this article and it's effect on governance is where it stems from. The issues actually come from shareholders, not from employees. I feel as though many corporate governance issues stem from workforce, in examples of strikes, etc.
