  • put the stress and anxiety that comes with a PhD into perspective

  • feel less isolated

  • hear about and put into practice ideas and recommendations to improve focus and productivity

  • Accountability partner system (someone you check in with very fortnight or so to chat over how things are going in relation to self-set goals) was motivating

The best part was Kate, who has designed an excellent course and made the sessions engaging, the correct length of time, and spaces where people could have the correct discussions that they wanted.


It was a very helpful course to take, and one that the SWDTP should be offering to as many students as possible.
