Tell the story using the simple past tense. en-us 2017-09-04 16:56:37 UTC 2017-09-10 20:41:29 UTC hello@padlet.com teresa_miller_hubbs https://padlet.com/teresa_miller_hubbs/4aldo4ycb4w0/wish/184580827 My summer passed me by much too fast, but I did have the chance to do some interesting  things.  Probably the most interesting and meaningful thing I did was attend a large family reunion in Ashland, Wisconsin.  That has become an annual tradition for my family and I always enjoy it.  This year I caught up with my many cousins and their many children.  I enjoyed hearing about what they do at work, who has finished school, who is planning on getting married, and so on.  I also enjoyed sitting around with the ‘old-timers’, listening to their stories about our grandparents and their lives.  There were a lot  of wonderful people there.  Not only that, but it was at a beautiful location, right next to Lake Superior.

I  fasted for the  month of Ramadan and after that I celebrated  Eid. I did more exercise and walked for around 30 to 60 mi a day. And I went to the playground and had fun with my daughter. On July 24,  I went to my cousin's wedding and I met some of my relatives who came from different states. I was so glad to see o them. Last month many people from other stats and country visited Minnesota temple because they celebrated temple birthday for over twenty years. I enjoyed hearing a bout that they did in temple and help food for people come other place to ate. I also enjoyed talking around with many people and listening to the monks read bible at 8:00 pm. It was my first time that I met with lots of youth people and teachers. To go on a camping, I had to prepared lots of things such as packing up my clothes, food and drinks. After I got on a camping, I had to set up my tent to sleep. Because we will sleep there for one week so we had lots of activites to do. Every morning when we woke up, we had a prayer and a song. We were so lucky that we had a special guest from Burma who can teach us about bible.
