promotes: This promotes having a source of water near land to have to drink, make new things and help with farming to be able to live there properly.

I think the plains is the best place to live at because it has open, and enough space for everyone to live and is the safest out of all of them. there is no high grounds, dangerously deep water sources. So i think its the best place to live.
