The first page is the "Support the Analysis" sheet. Fill in this sheet's matrix by using the six document exhibits about the Dwight Dexter case. The second page has the directions for the writing the amicus brief. Write OR type out(better!) your brief, but be sure to include all parts that are in the directions. You will have to research at least ONE real Supreme Court case to support your brief. You only have to turn in the final amicus brief to earn the extra credit points, but doing the matrix will help you prepare enough background information to write the brief. This assignment is due THURSDAY APRIL 28th. NO LATE EXTRA CREDIT! If you cannot print out your work, then write out the brief, it does not have to be typed, but it is easier to read if it is.
