The celebration of the Virgin of Guadalupe is an authentic event in Mexico that, every year, attracts both Mexicans and foreigners who want to meet the so-called 'morenita' and come to her sanctuary, the Basilica of Guadalupe, in Mexico City. This sacred place claims to be the second most visited Catholic center in the world, only behind St. Peter's Basilica in Rome.
