Perhaps, his socialization has been low or abnormal and/or developmental strategies for language learning haven't been systemically delivered.</div>]]></description>

A teacher should try to identify the type of barrier and then recommend the child for screening if it's vision or hearing and evaluation with a speech pathologist if it's language.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
