This is an important concept because the government serves as the collective of voices given by the citizens, so they have the responsibility to protect the rights of the people by the Constitution.

I selected this particular assignment because it represents an individual right that should be protected by the government. Women have the right to their own bodies, but the government tends to focus on the pregnancy rather than the safety or wants of the mother.

This is an important concept because in order to make this country a better place, the citizens have to work together to reach that goal. The people are the voice of this nation, and it is their job to make the changes they wish to see.
