I would choose to create a project, in which students from different countries , will communicate and collaborate in order to present their identities (their everyday life, hobbies, habits, family) their schools, their countries, their cities with the festivities and traditions in their countries (Christmas – Easter traditions, European Languages Day, Earth Day…) via the twinspace and by using the English language and digital tools. I would create interesting and simple activities in order to motivate my students to improve their skills in English language and in ICT, through collaborative activities. In this project children will know the other partners, and can have new friends around Europe.
Learning objectives
- to develop writing, reading, speaking skills in a foreign language;
- to develop collaboration with European partners;
- to develop critical thinking skills when looking for, selecting and organizing relevant information on the chosen topic;
- to take digital pictures and use them in their works;
- to use ICT collaborative tools;
- to communicate efficiently with both classmates and partners abroad, in English;
- to develop their inter-cultural skills
- to know other countries, with traditions, language, environment, history.

I'm a teacher of french as a foreign language in a primary school in Greece. My students are between 10-12 years old. I' ve noticed that pupils are always interested in everyday life of thei peers in France.So, maybe I could work on a project which shows aspects of everyday life,like taking photos of their house, friends, animals, environment..(subjects that exist in their french books).

I would be interested in a project where students could present themselves, their way of life and their countries. I would do this with students aged 12 to 14. We can connect this to the curricula of English, Geography and social studies. And because the students would work together they would also practise a lot of very important skills (cooperation, giving opinion, respecting others, communication in a foreign language, critical thinking ...). This would be a nice project to work on through the school year with two to three partners.

With this project we will travel virtually to European countries. Students will present the natural beauties of their country (national parks, nature parks, lakes, rivers ...), buildings, traditional customs, food, music, sports, literary and artistic works ... They will make exhibitions, videos, postcards, posters, presentations. Some of the tasks are to create an online multilingual dictionary, cookbook and story book.
We will also prepare quizzes and games about partner countries for students. We are planning online meetings for students and teachers where they will get to know each other better, develop their communication and language skills and make friendships.

Hello! I'm an EFL teacher from Greece and I'm currently a co-founder of an e-Twinning project which aims to have students from partner schools illustrate their countries' maps with the use of ICT. Students will add to their digital maps any information including geographical, cultural or even historical elements, and choose which digital tool they would like to use to create their interactive maps (Genial.ly, Thinglink, Google Slides, Padlet). So, they can create a political map with the location of cities and maybe a physical one, too, while placing symbols which refer to popular sights or even cultural features like festivals or historical events will make the interactive maps even more interesting and the experience of our students sharing their creations unique and memorable. Yet, I think that what we should aim at is not just putting together the content each partner school has created to produce a common output like an e-book but rather promoting collaborative work in international groups to create a final joint product. In our case, we could get mixed-nationality groups to work on creating digital geography trivia games as final products, based on the information they would have obtained from the shared interactive maps. In the end, playing the games would give us feedback on how effective our project was while displaying our maps and games on, let's say, a padlet would help disseminate our results in the school community or even outside it by having people test their knowledge with our games!

It is v crucial for the learning of languages to have real communicative situations, and etwinning projects let you get those moments. I get this with all the tasks of the project.
Apart from that, I like that my projects have another main theme like recycling, school gardens, healthy food...

As a pe teacher I would suggest a project that involves physycal activity. I would like to try a project I work in my curriculum (in a small scale). The subject I want to tackle for innovation/creative development in an eTwinning project is geometry. Within the project, I would facilitate the use of several subjects and appeal to the students' hobbies. I would start from significant buildings/monuments for each country involved and the association of the parts of which the building/monument is composed with certain geometric bodies/geometric figures. Another activity would be to take the role of those who work with geometry (architects, builders, engineers, etc.). Students can build models using recyclable items. Associating the shape of some musical instruments with certain geometric figures/bodies.

As an ESL teacher, I can integrate English with any subjects. That's why I love my job. We can discuss about any topic at the lesson. Still, I feel comfortable with doing history projects.So, I would work with my students on projects that arise love for their country, its past and traditions in relation to other countries' culture and traditions. I am an English teacher so I`m pretty much interested in any project which involves speaking English and practising oral skills. However, I am very keen on topics related to mental health, with special emphasis on children and young people. As mental health is as important as physical, I believe that it should be taken into account. Topics like being present here and now, social anxiety, problems with low self-confidence, coping with teenage problems...all these seem very interesting and potential to me.

As a school pedagogue, I would propose a project where emotions would be the topic. Students would be discussed how to express emotions, where emotions are located in the body, how to alleviate them and who can help us in this. A questionnaire for students and posters can be created and posters can become "thermometers of emotions". Emotions can also be discussed through stories, reading stories and writing stories.
