I do not believe that they are other than the first foundational sub problem that was already due, but I wanted "supporting evidence" to back my claim.
A: You are correct. Conclusions are definitely not expected. Foundational SPs (other than the first) do not have to be complete, either. You can just put a sentence explaining the overall plan.
