         <title>Foundational Sub Problems</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>People have been asking if all of the lit reviews/conclusions are due with the proposal. I do not believe that they are other than the first foundational sub problem that was already due, but I wanted "supporting evidence" to back my claim. <br><strong><em>A: You are correct. Conclusions are definitely not expected. Foundational SPs (other than the first) do not have to be complete, either. You can just put a sentence explaining the overall plan. Foundational SP summaries should be the same as what is in your concept map.</em></strong></div>]]></description>
