         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>1.1-</strong> We need food to get the energy and essential nutrients (like vitamins, minerals, fats, proteins, and carbohydrates) that fuel our bodies for daily functions, support growth and repair of tissues, and protect us from illnesses and diseases.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>1.2-</strong> The five main food groups are fruit, vegetables, grain (cereal) foods, lean meats and protein foods, and dairy and alternatives. </p><p>Three examples of each you may include in your diet each day include fruit (apples, bananas, oranges), vegetables (carrots, pumpkin, cucumbers), grain foods (whole meal bread, pasta, oats), lean meats and protein foods (eggs, fish, nuts) and dairy (milk, yoghurt, cheese).</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

And to play basketball healthily, focus on a diet rich in complex carbohydrates for energy, lean protein for muscle repair, fruits and vegetables for vitamins, and healthy choses.</p><p>Macronutrients to play basketball includes complex carbohydrates (like whole-grain pasta or brown rice), lean protein (such as chicken or fish), and healthy fats (found in avocado, nuts, or olive oil) to provide sustained energy, support muscle repair, and aid overall health.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>2.2-</strong> A meal that includes all 3 macronutrients is seafood linguini.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>2.4-  </strong>Eating too much sodium or salt can cause short term issues like bloating, thirst, headaches and may lead to high blood pressure, heart disease stroke and stomach cancer.</p>]]></description>
