Now i think:that being internationally minded means that you aware of what’s happening around the world, you know/speak foreign languages, you’ve been overseas, you have family which live overseas, you know someone who lives overseas, you like foreign foods, your friends with someone of a different race and etc i was one of the only kids in the whole class who write a whole story kind of thing about being internationally minded and it was very true I personally enjoyed this unit it was enjoyable for me because i am internationally minded  myself i have learnt sooo much more about being internationally minded physically and mentally. Instead of just learning about being internationally minded in my home room class (6G)i have also learnt about it in music art and in some of my own personal inquiry about it in sport, I think this unit has changed the way I think about the phrase internationally minded a    Heap

Now i think that there is something way more to being internationally minded. To be internationally minded you have to know about culture, religion and feelings. But even that isn’t enough. Learning about other countries and finding out about money income and the earnings of most families in some third world countries really put things into perspective for me. Most people live off $2 a day so I think we are really lucky. Now I think that we are all different but we have similarities with each other and to not judge or dislike people because they are different to us. I thought that cultures or religions divided us and that people who may look different to me were different to me. Now I understand that even if someone looks different to you, you may still share the same interests, responsibilities or sense of humour. This unit shows us not to judge a book by its cover. I’ve had an experience where I sore someone who looked different to me however we were still able to have a conversation. I belive that interacting with people of other ethnicities and learning about there life, experiences and challenges makes me internationally minded. I now think it involves the fact of respecting someone or a culture no matter what they can look like or sound like. To be internationally minded you may have knowledge about other religions and have global awareness of what’s happening around you.
