This neighborhood was +3.9 degrees warmer than the city average. Interestingly, 40.5% of the land cover in this neighborhood is covered with trees yet even still the temperature in this neighborhood is much higher than that of other neighborhoods in the city of Montgomery.</div>]]></description>
