Do you like scary costumes? We do, but many children dosen't.
In Argentina, Buenos Aires, a man went into a toy store dressed as Ghostface for Children's Day. 
He scared the children who were there although he hasn't had that intention, a furious woman called the police and he was arrested.
The parents that were on the store thinks that the man is crazy. 
But in the end, the man said that he only went to buy his son a present, and he was heading to a costume party.
