A bit stunt when I need to be taught how to learn. But I guess through the course, it is probably necessary for adult learners to be more aware of their learning and hence be more efficient/effective.

New things about learning

there are many areas of concepts for learning such as learning competencies, types of motivations, etc.
mostly are not difficult to apply if we understand it

Being conscious about our effective learning styles/strategies and methods of managing our weaknesses leads to stronger learning capabilities.
