         <description><![CDATA[<div>Consuming foods that are high in saturated fats can lead to high colesteral and heart problems. The daily recommended percent of saturated fat is about 5% of the daily 2000 calorie diet and includes foods such as red meats, dairy products, and oils. Consuming the right amount of saturated fats is ideal for a bodies health and replacing these foods with fish, nuts, fruits, vegetables, and low fat diary products can help maintain colesteral levels and prevent heart complications.</div>]]></description>
