Take a second to calm down and collect your thoughts. I know that 11:59 pm is approaching, but if you've in a poor state of mind you'll be unproductive and unfulfilled. Just go do something to appreciate yourself and the world around, then come back to the assignment with fresh and efficient eyes.

I know that the ATP pump, climate change, volume by shells, and the rest of the world can be too much. I don't disagree with you. While learning can be a struggle, especially when it's not made accessible for everyone, it's a venture that's well worth undertaking. Be understanding with yourself. I failed calculus 1 the first time I took it, and now I'm an engineering student with a 4.0 gpa. Things that go wrong don't define you, your response to them does.

Trusting yourself is one of the most difficult yet essential things you can do. While it's hard to believe in someone that may have let you down, or not be exactly who you want, it's something we're all capable of. Trust that you can be bigger than your past, and remember that you are under no obligation to be the same person you were five minutes or seconds ago. You can always change for the better. If you look back on the past, you'll probably see how far you've come and how much you've grown. Use that progress, capitalize on it, and be the best version of yourself. I believe in you.
