The generalization of origin by social status (in this case migrants) is an example of a nonsocial recognition of rights and respect. 

The idea of all the people that move to a certain country, first, that they have the same origin (Were they all from Africa? in this case); and second, they moved for the same reason (doesn't matter, what he is saying is that they are in trouble in the middle of the sea), is a misconception born by the social discrimination of a minority group.

In soccer their phrase is "We play against cyberbullying" and in formula one it is "drive them out", emphasising that true fans do not abuse others and if you are like that they do not want you as part of their fans.
