Leadership- First off you need to know how to lead a team. You can't have a team if you can't lead them to there greatness and destiny.
Communication skills- You also need to be able to talk to all the players about any problems that there having or if there not understanding Something. This includes on and off the court, because you never know whites going on at home. You have to be to break things down to where they can clearly understand your instructions.
Motivation- Last but not least, Motivation. You need to be able to keep going and never stop when things get tough. Never quit when things get hard, just having the mentality to never QUIT.
