<title>At the World Language depart we have initiate peers presentations where each teacher take turn to present a lesson or strategy that is particularly working in his classes. After the presentation, I ask /listen to questions from my peers then we have a discussion. Next, I will try the strategy on my own; then plan a lesson based on what I have learned from my peers. At the point I go with noticing and assessment to make sure that the new strategy is working in my classes. adjustments would be made accordingly. </title>

<title>One thing I have noticed is how the students use the peer feedback to improve in an area they are having issues in. They tend to use the feedback and build off of it. Great way to also build trust and a relationship with peers they can trust and depend on. </title>

<title>Classroom routines provide a structure for students on a daily basis. The more they do it , the more they get comfortable. It opens the &quot;gateway&quot; in having them reflect and apply feedback given to them by their peers. </title>
