I am 21 years old. I am a student of Kulliyyah of Economics and Management Sciences. I am from Kelantan.

Week 1

At the first meeting this usrah was held, I was able to meet new friends because we were divided into groups. We got to know each other and exchanged stories. It was an interesting experience because Islam also encourages its people to strengthen of ties (silaturrahim) with each other including friends, family, relatives and fellow Muslims.

Then, we continue to hear the lecture from our naqibah, Sister Nazihah about Adab of Learning Knowledge. Learning knowledge is one of the noble practices in Islam. Knowledge in Islam is not limited to religious knowledge, it can also be general knowledge such as science, culture, and technology. Inwards manners that is importatnt in learning knowledge is intention or niyyah (niat) which is the purpose of us to learn. A Muslim's purpose must always be to seek Allah's favor, that this knowledge would help mankind, the ummah, and the deen in some way. Learn to be good, not to harm others. Other than that is we also shoul act on knowledge. This means use the knowledge we gain for its intended purpose and not on bad thinngs. Put into action and do not let it be wasted. Also share your knowledge and teach others. It can be a charity that is long term as long as the knowledge is used for good things.

For the 2nd week of Usrah, we meet at mosque. Our naqibah divided us into groups and give a text about Hadith Jibril. Then, we discuss it among group members. Each group must present their part as required.

For our group, we are presenting the part of outwards and inwards belief. "Tell me about Islam," Jibreel (as) says to the Prophet (sas). The Prophet's response focused on outward acts. Then he questions him about iman, and the Prophet's response focuses on inward acts of belief and thought.

Islam and iman are two ideas that are interchangeable and revolve around the five pillars of action and the six foundations of belief. When Islam and iman are spoken together, Islam relates to external acts, while iman refers to internal ideas.

Pay The Zakah is my title to present.

It is one of the 5 pillars in Islam. Based on Hadith, Islam is you should believe that there is no deity than Allah and Muhammad is his mesengger. Outward actions is what we doing and inward beliefs is what we believe which is iman. For example, one of the pillars in Islam is pay the zakah, it will helps the one who is in need. That outwards actions and inward beliefs is when we pay the zakah we follow the command of Islam. Belief in Allah because Allah is the creator of Islam, which is it will bring benefit to everyone, we as a payee can apply purification of wealth.

On 3rd session of this usrah, we have online class through google meet and our naqibah give task to us to discuss about the topic that we are given.

In a group. we watch a youtube video given about the Branches of Faith. Our group get the subtopic about Metaphor of Eman as a Tree.

From the video, Eman as a tree. As mentioned, Prophet Muhammad said that a date palm tree is evergreen. Evergreen here means it always spritually alive. Green itself is a sign of life, optimism and hope, safety and security. Same goes to the mukmin, mukmin provide the safety and security that optimism. And as mentioned from Prophet Muhammad and Quran, that the root are firmly established. Also, Eman gives us meaning in life and stability in life. As we know life always throw as many problebms such as finance, marriage, work and so on. But iman gives us that stability, it allows us to stand throughout the problems that comes. Iman make us set our agenda and know why we are here.

Based on all group presentation, I have learn that Eman consist of many branches which from 70 odd branches. There are many ways to worship Allah that is you might find it difficult but there is also other action that is easy. And the greatest blessings that Allah has gave us is blessings of Eman. If we are truthfull of Eman, we will recognized that it is Allah blessings that we are believer. Our life is hard, ugly and bad without Eman, but with Eman our life become beautiful because we as muslim know what is our goal here in the life which is to be a mukmin and worship to Allah SWT. Prophet Muhammad SAW is the one that should we follow because the entire life of him is like calling for Eman.

Our last meeting of Usrah, we gather at mosque. At the beggining we recite Al-Mathurat together. There are many virtues that will be obtained if we practice the reading of Al-Mathurat, among them are: Being able to get closer to Allah S.W.T and strengthen the faith through the remembrance of the Prophet S.A.W. Can avoid being approached or disturbed by Satan or Evil spirit.

After that, we had a little feast in conjunction with our last meeting.

On the 5th week of Usrah, we meet at mosque. On this session we learn about Ihsan and Eschatology. We are divided into groups and discuss about the topic. Each group must have one presenter to present.

Ihsan is an Islamic term that refers to the act of doing good or completing one's duty or any lawful/productive work with excellence and perfection. Ihsan is derived from the Arabic root word, which denotes beauty, kindness, and perfection. In Islam, Ihsan is the Muslim responsibility to obtain perfection, or excellence, in worship, such that Muslims try to worship God as if they see Him, and although they cannot see him, they undoubtedly believe that He is constantly watching over them.

Eschatology is the doctrine of the final things. According to Islamic theology, on the Last Day, when the world will end, the dead will be resurrected and a judgment will be rendered on each individual based on his conduct. One of the basic Islamic eschatological ideas throughout the Early Muslim Period was that all humanity were worthy of God's mercy and salvation. These early depictions even indicate how modest, unimportant acts were sufficient to merit pardon.

Our group is presenting about Adab towards neighbours and society.

There is 5 Adab towards neigbours and society which are:

Be nice to them. In surah an-Nisa' verse 36, God said;
Meaning: "And you should worship God and do not associate anything with Him and you should do good to your parents and relatives and orphans and the poor and your near neighbors and your distant neighbors and fellow travelers and stranded travelers and also the slaves you have. Indeed, Allah does not like those who are arrogant and boastful. Here it is clear the importance of neighbors that we need to obey because the dignity of a neighbor is read once in the verse to do good to parents and family members.
Do not hurt them. Not hurting our neighbors consists of guarding our words, actions and bad thoughts. We should sabr and show the beautiful of Islam and take care of our behaviours as Muslims

Love them as much as we love ourselves. In light of the preceding account about the prophet's buddy, we can see how Malik bin Dinar regarded his Jewish neighbor as someone who may inherit his fortune. He was upgraded as a person who can inherit property because he held Jibril's admonition to offer rights to neighbors since neighbors are significant persons in community life.
Prioritize the neighbors closest to us. Neighbors are classified into three types: those with a single hazard, those with two hazards, and those with three risks. So a neighbor who lacks even one tenet is not a Muslim. He has neighborhood rights. There are Muslims who have two choices. Islam and the neighborhood are important to him. While the owner is a Muslim neighbor who also owns the family. Family rights, Islamic rights, and local rights are all important.
Assisting them while they are in difficulty. This is consistent with God's instruction to do good to anybody who does good, which includes our neighbors.
Why is Islam so concerned with getting along with one's neighbors and keeping good manners? Islam promotes social and community life since we shall all be dependent on one another in this world.
