- House of Representative serves a 2 year term
- A senator has to be 30 year old of age to hold office
- A judicial serves for life
- A house of representative needs to be a US citizen for 7 years and needs to be 25 years old of age to hold office
- Senator serves 6 years
- President serves 4 or 8 years and needs to be 35 years old of age to hold office
- Senator needs to be a citizen for 9 years
- The executive branch can:
         - Enforce law
         - make treaties
