Hi from Mao Khe 2 secondary school - Quang Ninh -Vietnam. Today I will tell you about one time I visit my bestfriend in Japan. In Japan has a huge different from my country.

When dining at a restaurant in Japan, I saw a huge difference in the way the wait staff worked.

When you are served, you say "Excuse me" loudly, and the waiter will come right away. In America, I'm used to speaking softly and waiting, so I feel quite rude when I raise my voice when making requests to the waiter. However, the staff in Japan would come right away as if I would starve to death if they didn't help.

From a student in Canberra, Australia. When I came to Australia, a completely different school environment was really interesting. There are variations of different learning areas in which you can able to make your own decision about what you want to learn. In Australia, as so many people come from different countries and have different cultures, there are lots of multicultural festivals happening. It is nice to live here with friendly people and nice nature and animals.

I was wearing my shoes one day when I was in Italy. In Japan, we always take off our shoes when we come home. I did not feel good then.

I was surprised by the size of the food in America. When I went to a restaurant and ordered pizza, it was much larger than I had expected. Additionally, when I couldn't finish my meal, I was able to take the leftovers home, whereas in Japan, it is impossible to do that.

I experienced culture shock when I traveled abroad. Most foreign countries do not have a bathtub in a bathroom. I was shocked by this. In Japan, I always relax in bathtub when I am tired at the end of the day.
