This has proved to be helpful for when admin or I cannot be there bc they are able to hold the meeting without support. As far as building leadership within the departments I have found the better my relationship with the grade level lead the more they are willing to take on. For example, we started targeted tutoring 2 weeks ago. Our meetings in January have been aimed at data and discussing what students to select, using Winter and Spring benchmark data, and using Eduphoria to target the individual groups tutoring needs. 2 times a month we also have Technology PLC that teachers can share what they have used and we provide trainings on new technology. We have an agenda that we use to list our topics for discussion and add any additional topics. Grade Level Chairs submit the agenda and take Minutes.

 Last PLC, 4th grade teachers worked on rating 4th grade Benchmark  writing.

This form is then saved onto our school folder under Office 365. Teachers are participating more and more in PLCs, which builds leadership capacity for those that are sharing.
