With curriculums demanding more work and less play, children are starting to receive negative effects on their health. Some of the disorders talked about were contributing to record levels of anxiety, depression, and suicide among young people. As teachers in a Prk-4th classroom, we can find ways to involve play-based learning in our activities and lessons so children can still experience those positive opportunities.
