1. Your essay structure is quite good and includes an outline and good topic and concluding sentences. However, you thesis is not clear and it should have stated your stance on the effectiveness of the solutions. 
2. Very good description of the problems and the solutions, but there is little evaluation of the solutions. You could have analysed the solutions more and said when and where they will or won’t work. 
3. You have used some in-text citation within your writing very well, but this is not enough. Here is my feedback on your Padlet. 
You have demonstrated a high standard of work throughout the semester and produced a very good portfolio of work. Your time management has been excellent throughout the semester and you completed all tasks on time. As for vocabulary, you have recorded a lot of useful academic vocabulary that will be beneficial for your future study. The collocations you recorded are very important as they help you to use the words correctly within your writing. As for independent study, you completed several tasks that focussed on different language areas. Try to increase the amount of self study you do each week and focus on areas that you need to improve. 
Here are some points to help with your writing next semester. 
1. Try not to start sentences with coordinating conjunctions (for, and, nor, but, or, yet, so). Use transitions words instead like - However, Therefore, Since, Because … Another way to correct this would be to join the sentence with the preceding sentence using a coordinating or subordinating conjunction. 
2. Try not to write in the first person – we, our us … It’s much better to be specific and use the third person like – accountants, companies, the general public, graduates … and referencing pronouns like – they, their …
