يعاني مدير المدرسة من ضعف التحصيل الدراسي للطلبة في مادة العلوم
الا ان اهتمامه بالامور الادارية يشغله عن الاجتماع بالمعلمين لمناقشة هذا الأمر
المعلمون مستمرون في ممارسة أساليب التدريس القديمه
خوفا من تجربة أساليب جديده، 
ولا يفضلون العمل التشاركي فيما بينهم بحجة ضيق الوقت
في حصة الاجتماع يناقش المعلم الأول الانشطة المدرسية التي تنفذ في المدرسة و يقوم 
بتوزيع الأنشطة بين الفريق
المعلمان أحمد و صبري ينعزلان عن الفريق في غرفة الفنون الحياتية 
و ليست لديهم قناعة بأهمية العمل الجماعي رغم أن نسبة الطلبة المتعثرين في صفوفهم هي النسبة الأكبر
فكر المشرف س في انشاء مجتمع تعلم مهني في هذه المدرسة

ما الاجراءات التي سيقوم بها المشرف لغرس القناعات بفكرة العمل في مجتمعات التعلم المهنية؟،
