Cloud storage allows you to access work on any device. A positive is that it is easy to access but a negative toward cloud storage is that it can be accessed using only a password. It is best used as a way of backing up work so that it is not lost.

It is another layer of protection, it ensures that a person logging in is you. A downside to this is that it is another step to logging in and slows you down.

USB stick

A USB stick is a stick which holds documents/files that can be held in person. Saving work to a USB stick is very secure as you actively have your work on your person. The downside is that if you loose the stick, your work is gone.

Antivirus

An antivirus stops websites/people from unwantingly accessing files. The downside to this is that it takes up storage on your device and slows it down. A positive is that you download the antivirus and your safe. For a good antivirus, you usually need to spend some money.
