This is my first reason on why I think everyone can do sports if they put in the work. I wasn't always a sports person when I was younger. I didn't start getting into sports until I was like 8, even then I wasn't really doing anything in them. The first sport I ever played was soccer and I usually just sat there on the ground and watched because I could never get the ball. Then I started racing BMX and I actually had to put some work in to even finish a race. I started putting a lot of time into it and started getting better at that sport.

This is my second reason on why I think everyone who trys can play sports. If you do something for the first time you are most likely not gonna do it right with no experience. But if you put time into something that you want to get good at you can make it happen. This can be used in lots of things, school work, sports, and sometimes even jobs. If you don't dedicate time to something you can't just magically be good at that thing you are trying to do.

My third reason is, everyone has to start somewhere. You don't start on a foundation you have to build it up. Every time you start something new you gotta start from 0. If you don't try and work your way up you won't be good at it. When I started football I started at the bottom and had to work my way up and get a foundation down for myself so I could keep building up.
