  • Listen to any podcast as a Master Text and write a reflection on  how it was crafted.  Much like “reading as a writer”, you will be reviewing this podcast to figure out what you want to do with yours.  You may want to listen to several.  (Submit written component, 2 pages)
  • You need a script (for yourself not for those you interview) (1-2 pages)
  • Podcast discussion should offer multiple perspectives. There is danger in a single narrative.  Multiple perspectives, even if they are not directly opposing, offer why this is an issue.
  • Get creative!  Offer one creative component: music for introduction or segues to new speakers, creative language, anything to make it interesting. Take risks! 
  • make an Anchor Podcast
Topic suggestions are: 
neighborhood, family, community, identity, interconnectedness, intersectionality, racism, social justice, hunger, poverty, business, economy, the environment, Covid Confessions, cultural identity/history, meaning in artifacts, or suggest one of your own here!
