Cancer cells spread faster and can go all over the body and inside the lungs. The normal healthy cells don't really divide or spread it just divide for different purposes.  2) The things that amazed me in the video is that cancer cells can spread fast but can cause the sickness in a very slow way.  3) Do cancer cells control the body of someone???
