Hello 👋🏼 Moi Friends!!!
For 5 days, I am going to track the calories of things I eat, one dish of one day, to see on how I am eatin’ my life away, and for my science 🧬 project.
06 MARCH 2019
Sooooo...... hey peoples ! Today I ate avocado 🥑 Penne Carbonara 🍝. I am using a website to find out the calories, and it does not have the exact dish itself, but instead I am going to add up an avocado 🥑 and a Carbonara 🍝. WARNING: This May or may not be accurate, please do not 🤬 me for it.
Here goes:
Total calories: 562 (‘round an quarter of my need, which is around 2000 calories per day.)
Calories from Fat: 319 (not so bad, most of it comes from the avocado, which is healthy fats so 🤟🏼)
Total fat: 33 grams
Saturated Fats: 8 grams
Trans fat: 0 grams
Cholesterol: 30 milligrams (Not sure if it’s good or bad, but for a person my age it should be good ✌🏼)
Sodium (an element essential for the body, but too much can 🤬 you) : 454 milligrams.
Total Carbohydrates: 47 grams (pumpin’ it)
Dietary Fibers: 16 grams
Sugars: 5 grams (😭)
Protein: 6 grams
Vitamin A: 6%
Vitamin C: 38%
Calcium: 12%
Iron: 14%

And there you have it! And btw, it’s in percentage it’s how much it makes up of daily need.
Btw dubs, most of this stuff is homemade 🏠 by me me me (me)

Hey 👋🏽 there People’s, still moi, myself, 我, mera, nyan, etc.,
I think even if the fats are higher in this dish, it’s mostly from healthy fats from avocado 🥑.

Hi 👋🏽 guys, it’s still me, Megha.
I have posted my previous posts on my ipad, where I have an account. But then my Father took it for his own purposes in business travels, and so I am posting from my phone.
But I cannot connect the accounts, because I forgot my password s😩😪
So it’s anonymous until I get back my Ipad.
Alright so, today I ate a (slightly mushy) turmeric egg fried rice with a 3 egg French omelette
⚠️ - May not be completely dead point accurate

Rice: (I had to use vegetarian fried rice, but there is egg in it and I did eat a little spinach with it so...)
Calories in total:150 🙃
Calories from fat: 27
Remember , % means out of hundred of my daily value.
Total fat: 3 grams - 5%
-Saturated Fat - 0
-Trans fat - 0
Chloesterol - 0mg
Sodium - 550 mg - 23% (sudden jump of value)
Total Carbohydrates- 27g - 9%
-Dietary Fibers - 2g - 8%
-Sugars
Protein - 4g - 8%
Vitamin A - 60%
Vitamin C - 20%
Calcium - 4%
Iron - 4%

Seems pretty healthy to me, as the fats are quite low comparing to all the nutrients.

French Omelette 🥚- (Had to use 3 plain omelette, because the website did not have a French Omelette)

Total Calories: 282
Calories from fat: 192
Total Fat: 21g - 33%
- Saturated Fat: 6g - 30%
- Trans Fat: 1g
Cholesterol: 573mg (that’s higher than my usual intake) - 191% (higher than mt Everest that is..)
Sodium: 284mg- 12%
Total Carbohydrates : 1g - 0%
-Sugars : 1 g
Protein: 19g - 39%
Vitamin A - 23%
Vitamin C- 0%
Calcium - 9%
Iron - 15%

And there you have it! My meal. I think the rice was healthy, with the turmeric killing harmful bacteria on the inside, but the egg was maybe a bit unhealthy and I shouldn’t eat that much eggs.
