Capacity Building program to school Heads on ICT

We were divided into groups consisting of participants from different states, which made the experience even more enriching. Interacting and collaborating with many talented lecturers helped me realize my own potential and capacity. It was indeed a great and memorable learning experience.

Will organise state level, district level and Cluster level training programmes on Digital Technology . Will prepare State Level Masters Trainers on implementation of Digital Technology, after that through the District Level Resource persons spreadover the state of Andhra Pradesh.

How I Help My Students Develop Script Writing for OER Preparation

1. Explain the concept of OER: I introduce students to the idea of Open Educational Resources and their importance in sharing free and quality learning materials.

2. Discuss the purpose of a script: I explain how scripts are the backbone of educational videos, audio lessons, and digital stories.

3. Identify the target audience: I help students understand who their learners are—age group, background, and learning needs.

4. Select suitable topics: I guide students to choose curriculum-based, relevant, and interesting topics for script writing.

5. Encourage brainstorming: I organize brainstorming sessions for ideas, scenes, and dialogues before starting the script.

6. Teach structure and format: I train students to write scripts with clear parts—introduction, content development, and conclusion.

7. Focus on learning objectives: I remind students to align every script with specific learning outcomes or competencies.

8. Promote clear and simple language: I encourage the use of learner-friendly, clear, and engaging language.

9. Include interaction: I teach how to add questions, activities, and interactions to make the script participatory.

10. Support with visuals and cues: I help students plan where visuals, images, or sound effects can support learning.

11. Encourage creativity: I motivate students to use creative expressions like stories, examples, and humor to maintain interest.

12. Integrate multiple media: I explain how scripts can be adapted for video, audio, or digital storytelling.

13. Model sample scripts: I show sample OER scripts and analyze their style, tone, and structure.

14. Provide writing templates: I share simple script templates and checklists to make writing easier.

15. Facilitate peer review: I organize peer editing sessions so students can give feedback on each other’s scripts.

16. Use collaborative writing tools: I encourage students to use Google Docs or Padlet for joint script development.

17. Focus on timing and pacing: I teach how to write scripts that fit within limited time durations (e.g., 5–10 minutes).

18. Ensure inclusivity: I guide students to make their content inclusive, gender-sensitive, and culturally appropriate.

19. Rehearse and revise: I encourage reading the script aloud, identifying weak points, and improving clarity.

20. Publish and share: Finally, I help students record, edit, and share their scripts as open educational resources on digital platforms.

I like ABCD of technology. I will give information of the technology.

I believe that each one tech one technology for each on. There will be one hour in a week through online mod. I Wii launch TECH TALK PLATFORM. Used online mode

Online course offered by ncert I will inform to teachers.

Some of my colleagues inquired about short term courses. I will try to guide them. Even yesterday one of my friends asked for the course of guidance and counseling to started from January 2026.

I'll join all ICT based trainings going to be organised at district level to strengthen myself.

AR, VR and XR concepts are verimpressive

The topic Intellectual Property has given clear idea about Copy right policy.

And also enlighten the teachers about the apps and tools we are using in this training.

Under coordination of Dr Angel ,In last two days I have learnt many new things which are very important for my work.

1. In our state many ICT initiatives are going on but I think there is a lack of documentation of those,I would link to work on documentation all initiatives.

2.After Anjana Mam's session,I really get to know the actual NEP document.I would like to work on NEP examplers and training of all state teachers to get understand this document in a real sence.

Conduct a training program on integration of ICT in Teaching learning process.

1) Trainings should be conduct on Basic knowledge and basic needs to develop audio/ video development.

2) Conduct a workshop on how to implement NEP-2020 and ncf in the state.

Motivate teachers to do online courses.

Training in Emerging technologies like AR & VR.

More community radio programmes in various districts.

Activities like YouTube usage & reading speed per minute in training sessions.

2) I will introduce these to my head of the institution

3) I will call meeting of Co-workers with permission of Head of the institution and consult with them

4) I will use these in my In-service and pre-service training during seminar.
