For this week I have learnt about the principles of ecology. Ecology is the study of organisms and their interactions with biotic and abiotic organisms this is because each organisms depends on each other to live. It must contain habitat that is a place an organisms can be found and  ecological niche that is the place where an organisms perform best such as soil.The hierarchy of ecology is from species(organisms) to population (a group of individual belonging to the same habitat in particular area) to communities (all organisms inhabiting a particular area) to ecosystems (include biotic and abiotic factor of habitat) and to biosphere (all ecosystems on the earth). Homeostasis of the ecosystem is the interaction between organisms and organisms and interaction between organisms and the habitat. It is a dynamic balance of process material and organisms in the ecosystem and biosphere. Our ecosystem is in the flow of energy from organisms that act as producer and consume by consumers that are mostly animals and to decomposer that breakdown dead organic material. The nutrient and energy transferred are lost as heat and it flow through ecosystem by C-C bonds.

There are some approaches to make the ecosystem management more effective through stakeholders, adaptive management, natural resource management, strategic management, landscape level conservation and command and control management.
For this class Hanna's group do a games using Kahoot!!

For the next class, Hanna's group do a comic presentation about the consumers flow and it was good.
