         <description><![CDATA[<div>Lack of exercise is a problem faced by most people in our time, as many studies have proven that this is true. This problem is important and it must be discussed and its causes are known because if solutions are not found, many physical problems such as heart disease and psychological problems such as depression will result. Knowing the causes of the problem and treating it is the best way to solve the problem. There are many causes of lack of exercise. To begin with, poor timing is one of the reasons for lack of exercise. For instance, not making a plan for daily chores helps to take away energy and feel tired, as we are certainly not able to exercise. Another reason is not enjoying exercise. To give an example, when a person exercises alone or without an exercise schedule, he will feel bored and desire after exercising again. Finally, addiction to the use of phones and the internet reduces activity and desire to exercise. One of the best examples is the frequent use of social media sites and following celebrities control our minds, so we forget to exercise and neglect our health. To sum up, one of the reasons for lack of exercise is poor time management, lack of enjoyment of sports, and internet addiction.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>There are three main negative effects of lack of exercise. All citizens of Kuwait, young and old, suffer from the problem. The first negative impact is the rapid aging that people face in Kuwait. Although science has discovered that exercise prevents cells from aging, most people do not exercise, for this reason, most people age at an early age. The second effect is the risk of osteoporosis. For example, all people who reach the age of 40 to 80 suffer from calcium deficiency and prefer not to move and sit only because they cannot bear the pain. The last negative effect is being stressed and nervous all the time. Exercise often gives people happiness and peace of mind. However, people who are lacking exercise always report high levels of anxiety and nervousness, which prevents them from doing their best work and communicating with family and friends. In conclusion, there are many negative effects of lack of exercise on people in Kuwait, which are rapidly aging, osteoporosis, tension, and nervousness. In my personal opinion, it is very important to start dedicating some time to doing exercises to avoid health problems in the future.</div><div><br>ay</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>There are several solutions to the problem of lack of exercise in Kuwait. The solutions are easy and you can apply them quickly. The first solution is to set aside an hour for exercise. For example, you should arrange your time and set aside an hour to exercise both at home and outside, rather than wasting it in front of the TV screen and eating junk food. Another solution is to increase the walkways in Kuwait. For instance, going out for a walk with other people will motivate you to continue and move and prevent laziness because you will not be alone. Finally, although the weather in Kuwait is not conducive to exercise, this does not prevent you from making your gym at home, you can gather you and your family and exercise together, this will make sports fun and stimulating for children as well. Also, their equipment, but when they see the family's enthusiasm during sports, they will be excited to exercise. In conclusion, everyone to implement these solutions in their lives and the lives of their families to keep their bodies healthy and strong.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>&nbsp;Exercising is important and a lack of it can cause many problems. Mariam, my best friend, has difficulty moving due to a lack of exercise as a result of her obesity. In addition, she suffered from this problem for the last two years of high school. She is also affected because of this problem, both physically and mentally. For example, once she came to my class crying, she told me that not exercising affected her sleep and personality and gave her stress, anxiety, and depression. However, after this situation, she changed in a better way. She came to me and told me that she feels happy now and that she has solved her problem by exercising every day. She told me that 30 minutes of exercise a day can help you more than you think, especially because we are in Kuwait, where we always use cars and don’t move like in other countries. Finally, she did not give up, and I’m very proud of her for changing for the best. To summarize, we can all be like my best friend Mariam and need to exercise because it helps us stop anxiety and stress and makes us feel happier than before.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In our group opinion, exercising at home is the best solution to prevent a lack of exercise in Kuwait. We chose this solution for three reasons. One reason is that the climate in Kuwait is very hot. For example, exercising at home is much better than exercising outside because the weather will make you tired easily. Another reason is that exercising at home will save you time. For instance, instead of going and wasting time outside, you can spend extra time doing exercise at home. Finally, doing exercise at home will help you and your family. One example is that exercising in front of them will inspire and encourage them to have a healthy lifestyle. In addition, we have a plan that might help people exercise at home by selling exercise equipment for an excellent price, and there is a special discount for students. Moreover, we will create leaflets to encourage people to exercise and show them the right way to do it. We will also publish them on social media sites to raise awareness of people in Kuwait. In short, we mentioned three reasons why exercising at home is the best solution, such as the weather, saving time, and encouraging your family, and we shared our plans and how we can encourage people in Kuwait.</div>]]></description>
