The rules for basket are easy, but you have to be focused : First you are not allowed to throw the ball, hold it, and throw it again, you must throw the ball all the time. You are not allowed to hurt the oponent, if you hit someone, the other team can make a free kick. And you can run with the ball in your hands. Gymnastics is my favorite sport because I like their choreographies, well this sport can be done in groups or alone, the whole body is used but the extremities (arms, wrists, hands, feet, legs) much more.

It takes a lot of coordination, flexibility, concentration and, above all, dedication.
