         <title>Ms. C and Mom&#39;s Recipe! </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Recipe:<br>1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.&nbsp;<br>2) Boil elbow noodles (any size - depending on number of people serving)&nbsp;<br>3) Cut up medium cheddar and colby blocks of cheese into small squares<br>4) Place cooked noodles and cheese pieces into a 7x11 cooking pan.&nbsp;<br>5) Add about 1/2 of a cup of milk in the pan&nbsp;<br>6) Add pepper to taste<br>7) Bake for 30-40 minutes until the cheese is golden brown on top.&nbsp;<br>8) Boom. The best mac and cheese ever!&nbsp;<br><br>Why?&nbsp;<br>This recipe has been passes down from my moms mom who has a special place in my heart. My mom used to make this recipe with her when she was a kid and now I do the same with my mom. It is one of favorite holiday and summer traditions to do with my mom. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Preheat oven to 350&nbsp;<br>and grease two loaf pans with nonstick cooking spray<br>In a medium bowl , whisk together 4 cups of flour and 2 teaspoons baking soda then set aside<br>In a large bowl beat together 1 softened cup butter and two eggs, two cups of sugar until creamy<br>Add 2 cups buttermilk and dry ingredient mixture , fold until combined&nbsp;<br>In a small bowl combine the left over 2/3 cup sugar with 2 teaspoons cinnamon stir to mix<br>Spread 1/4 of the batter in the bottom of each loaf pan. Sprinkle 1/4 of the sugar mixture over the top of the batter in eac pan. Spread the remain Of the batter in the sugar mix in each pan and top with remain sugar.&nbsp;<br>Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>Domino shortbread cookies </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1)add 1 cup of softened butter and 1 cup of powered sugar to large bowl.Beat with electric mixer until light and fluffy.<br>2)add 1 tsp of vanilla,1/2 tsp of salt, and 2 cups of flour.Mix on low speed,until a soft dough comes together.<br>3)scoop dough into gallon-size bag.Use hands to press dough into a smooth sheet that reaches all corners and sides.<br>4) are dough flat and even.close bag, set on flat surface,and press firmly on top with a baking sheet.<br>5)set dough on baking sheet.Refrigerator for at least 1 hour.<br>6)carefully remove dough from bag.Cut off top of bag.Then cut bag down middle and out to corners.<br>7)trim edges to make a 10x10-inch square.Use toothpick to trace four columns-each 2 1/2”wide.Then,trace 8 rows-each 1 1/4 tall.<br>8) Cut along traced lines. Set cookies on two parchment-lined baking sheets<br>9) create dividing lines for the dominoes. Gently press a toothpick flat into the Center of each cookie.<br>10) create domino designs. Add one – six mini chocolate chips to each side of a cookie.<br>11) preheat oven to 325°F. Meanwhile return cookies to fridge until firm about 15 minutes.<br>12) bake 16 to 18 minutes until edges are very lightly browned. Taste and share</div>]]></description>

         <title>Brazilian truffle (Brigadeiro)</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1 tablespoon of butter&nbsp;<br>14oz of sweetened condensed milk&nbsp;<br>1/4 cup of chocolate powder<br>1 cup of chocolate sprinkles&nbsp;<br><br>In a pot over low heat, melt the butter, sweetened condensed milk and chocolate powder. Stirring continuously until you can see the bottom of the pot for about 2 or 3 seconds when dragging the spatula through.<br>Pour onto a greased plate, then chill for about 1 hour.<br>Shape and roll the chilled mixture into small balls.<br>Roll the balls in chocolate sprinkles.<br><br>Fun Fact<br>Brigadeiros are a must have in kids birthday parties. They are more famous than the birthday cake. </div>]]></description>
