1) Overcrowding in a particular classroom could be overcome with a dedicated T.A. to teachers of students with higher demands. For example instead of T.A.'s floating they would be attached to a single academic teacher. That way for example Anthony Gonzalez would always have the same T.A. who could also learn the curriculum and support his class during Flex Time.

2. T.A.'s who do not have a regular classroom like the START T.A. could double up their duties in the Athletic Center for the purpose of physically blowing off steam with an organized game.

3. START could open its doors to do mindfulness skills with Lisa Winner.

If students can sign out during flex time then I'm not sure why we would bother doing it.
