B2. I never been to this location, but I always wanted to go to Australia. Their summer and winter is opposite ours and the winter does not get very cold. I would love to live in this kind of climate because I am not a fan of the cold and their beaches are nice.

2: The climate is quite similar to what we have here in MA, where summers are quite warm, mild winters, and lots of rainfall throughout the summer and warmer seasons. I have never been to Berlin however looking at pictures and watching videos of the location, the winters look very similar to ours. 

My first impression of this is that this type of climate seems to be very common on the east side of the United States. The cfc climate is the same as Boston, MA and the state of Connecticut where I live. This makes sense to me because they have common seasons throughout the year. However, I thought Houston had more drastic and hotter summers than the northeast.

First Impressions:  Most parts of south America, are naturally warm and humid and very tropical. I’ve never been to Columbia but I hear that the weather throughout the year is very warm and through the winter months the lowest it gets to about 70 degrees. Also the land is full green lands, tropical trees and fruit in many parts of their land.

I: No I have never been to Naples, Italy before. 

II: I have been to areas similar to Naples based on the main climate classification, but the precipitation and temperature are a little different. 

III: I think that the climate is very tolerable.

IV: Compared to where I live Naples is a lot less humid and more dry.

II: I have traveled down South in the past to play softball, and have experienced similar humid conditions in the Summer months. 

III: I think the climate here is comfortable year round, but in the summer months the humidity levels may cause discomfort. 

IV: I am familiar with the climate in the Boston area, which doesn’t experience as much extreme heat and humidity. 

South Korea seems to have somewhat moderate weather conditions, during the summer months temperatures reach up to 100 °F and in the winter temperatures are low 25 °F. Also has extreme heavy rainfall during monsoon season.  

 I am from Barbados which has a tropical climate and only 1 season, completely opposite of the weather in South Korea which has a humid subtropical climate with 4 seasons with extreme weather.

My first impression of Pretoria is that it is a warm city that is on the brink of being in the desert or being in a more coastal, humid area. I have never visited Pretoria, and the climate seems similar to maybe Arizona or parts of southern California. The climate seems to be very intriguing being on the boundaries of a humid climate versus a dry desert climate. I think living there would be very doable and pretty comfortable. Compared to Boston, it is more dry of a climate and much warmer as well.

Arid, Desert, Hot Arid 

First impression: Saudi Arabia is a desert climate with high temperatures and low humidity. I imagine it is a lot like Arizona summers because it is dry and hot. However I imagine that Arizona has cooler temperatures due to mountain ranges. 

Warm temperate, Fully Humid, Warm Summer

Although I personally have never been to Birmingham, UK, my impression of it is that it is a very gloomy and rainy type of climate. The reason I have this impression is because the UK has a reputation for being a very dark place with a lot of humidity and rainy days. In comparison to other locations I am familiar with- Boston, Tampa, and Houston-it is the most humid. While Boston can have very humid days and Florida tends to regularly have humidity, Houston is quite the opposite with a very dry atmosphere. 

Washington state. Washington was very hot and dry in the summer and has similar weather to Portugal.

2.      First impression: I have always had special interest in visiting Japan. Robust but not as packed as Tokyo, Osaka would be an exciting destination. Having lived in the freezing Canada and the tropical Vietnam, I can somewhat imagine the southern Japanese city Osaka to have its temperature somewhere in between considering its latitude. Given it is a coastal city, Osaka should have a humid climate. If Osaka is humid like Vietnam, the change in temperature would feel more obvious (For example, if it’s the same cold temperature, the humid area would feel colder).
