C: It is both important and not important, there are always pros and cons during a party like e.g a crying child who wants to blow the cake but we block them from doing it but they complain to their mothers and we have to let them blow, another one is someone saying unnecessary things while celebrating.

Extra: it is also very bad, because there are also either in-laws or cousins making the party boy/girl upset and make them cry.
