They will go home with the students every afternoon and come back to school every morning.  Once the students empty their backpacks in the morning, I will have a specific bin in which they will place  their BEE Folders in. By having the students sit in groups they will be given a group number. When it comes to turn in assignments we will have a different student from each group be the designated person to collect the papers and put them in the corresponding bin. Next to the bins, I will have different drawers labelled for each subject. 2. Many teachers have found it very beneficial and effective to implement a doorbell into the classroom. You are able to get the students attention and not have to yell over them. 
3. Using a whistle is also very effective but you must take in consideration the other classroom near you. 
4. Setting a timer is always a great resource. This strategy allows you to use other sounds rather than your own voice to get the students attention. It is best to use this attention grabber when you assign group or partner work. 
5. Clapping and snapping is always a great strategy to get the students attention. I really enjoyed how the article also spoke about eliminating the stereotypes and identity threats in the classroom. One of the main components of this article was having a child-centered teaching. Part two: "Making, Maintaining and Repairing Relationships" which is the main chunk of the book. This describes how to introduce and embed different restorative approaches in school. Part three: "The Restorative Staffroom" which explores how to promote restorative relationships between staff.
