This is a portrait of my grandmother Inés and her older sister, aren't they really sweet? They are wearing dresses made by their mum and beautiful hair bows. My grandma is the smiling girl, her sister looks too serious but I'm sure they had a lot of fun together. That generation used to have big family meals on Sundays. Their cousins usually showed up and they played together a lot. After they had played for hours, they had tea and her father told them happy fairy tales. My grandma always says they were poor but really happy! 😊

This is my mum at School. It looks like they are celebrating the National Rosette day. At that time it was extremely important to stand up for your values. Adults used to be strict, and teachers usually told pupils off if they didn't respect the authority🤐. However, my mum really liked going to school. She could meet up with her school friends and have some fun 🤪after they had finished the lesson. She even walked a long way to get to school 😲!

I remember this very well! This is my older cousin Cristina and me at her birthday party🥳. Zonda wind had blown for hours and then it suddenly stopped! No matter what, we always had fun. We used to go to each other's house for a sleepover. She brought over some movies and we ended up going to bed really late. I think it was amazing🤗!

This is a photo of my father,Rodolfo.Taken in 1995 when he was 25.He was getting his degree in medicine in Buenos Aires.While he was sitting for the exam,all his friends and her sister were waiting for him in the square,they brought over very disgusting things,such as eggs,pastas a little bit of everything. 😬.He was very happy; after that my father asked all his friends over to his home.

in this picture we can see both my dad’s parents. By the time this picture was taken they were both adults. My grandma was an italian immigrant, she arrived argentina when she was barely a toddler, she came with both her parents and her older brother. they struggled with poverty for a long time, but she still managed to have some fun.

She used to play with her brother and her friends. They would hung up in her house and sometimes they would bring all the ingredients over and together they would cook delicious cookies.

I didn’t met my grandmother, and no one likes to talk about her, it is still and open wound, but even though she had a tough life, she was a great person

in this picture we can see my grandparents, my mom and some old family friends making tomato sauce from scratch. They lived in the countryside so tasks like this were very common. My mom’s childhood was surrounded by friends and family meetings, she has the funniest stories about those times. She and my uncle did all kinds of mischief, my grandpa would always tell them off.

my mom used to ask her friends over and they would hang out all the time (she still sees them!!). She loved playing all kinds of games, but her favourite thing was reading, i guess she learned how to stand out for her values from all the books she read.

She had such a fun childhood!

When i was younger i would spend every afternoon hanging out with my neighbourhood friends. We used to pull all kinds of silly pranks, and therefore we got told off by almost every single neighbour. We also loved swimming at the club, dancing and cooking. My friends always ended up getting injured, somehow i never did

At this time religion was much more important than now, so the children used to learn about that when they were very young, they stood up for their values and they also used to get together to go to mass every Sunday.

This shows my mom when she was about nine years old, she and her classmates were pledging allegdiance to the national flag. In Argentina we have strong values about our country. In the other photo it's my dad with his Mother (the same girl at the first photo!) When he was about five years old, the uniform that they used to wear in kindergardens were very similar to those we use today.

This is me and my cousin Brenda when we were about five and eleven years old. It's a selfie in my dad's car, because he used to fetch us from school and kindergarden and we went to my godmother's (my cousin's mom and my dad's sister) house. We took a lot of selfies with my tablet. I have a lot of pictures like that in my phone! Also when I was a child my godmother and godfather asked me over to their house and I stayed here all the day and we always ended up playing games like "Tutifruti" 😁.

In my childhood I had different pets, such as 4 dogs, 2 birds, 1 rabbit but some of them died, -Yes, I know that sounds very bad but life is like this- However, now I have 2 new pets, a siblings of german shepherd called Lothar and Alenka, they are so beautiful, fun and strong because when I haveto take them for a walk I need to use both arms to stop them because they end up eating all what they see. I think I had a good childhood with some fun moments and other not so much but always happy to be with my family.

This collage reminds me of some things I liked, such as listening to music, dinosaurs and playing tennis. As a child I hung out with my siblings but now not that much because I had more responsibilities. One thing that happened in my childhood was when a had to go to school, I sometimes forgot my school bag or some books and my mom told me off and we had to come home again to fetch them.
